Thomas W. Baack, 63, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa following a brief illness. Funeral services will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at All Saints Parish – St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars. Father Paul Eisele will officiate. A private family graveside service will take place at a later date. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. The family will be present from 5-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the funeral service on Wednesday.
