Kaye Schipper of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for May 18, 2015. Kaye is a kindergarten teacher at Clark Elementary School and is retiring at the end of the school year. She may pick-up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars, and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
