Rev Paul Eisele of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 10, 2015. Rev Eisele is retiring after serving in the Sioux City Diocese since 1968. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
