Dave Hoffman of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for August 14, 2015. Dave is a long time Plymouth County Fair Board Member and now is director with the Iowa State Fair, has been inducted into the Plymouth County Hall of Fame. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
