Rhonda Beach is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for November 30, 2015. Rhonda teaches at Le Mars Community School and on Sunday she celebrated her 60th birthday. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
