Tracy Wingert is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 8, 2015. Tracy is Le Mars Community High School Technology Instructional Coach and was November’s employee of the month for Le Mars Community School District. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
