William “Bill” E. Welter, 86, of Le Mars, IA passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Saturday January 9, 2016. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at All Saints Catholic Parish-St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. Father Kevin Richter will celebrate Mass. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, January 11, 2016 at St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. A Knights of Columbus Rosary will be at 5:00 p.m. and a Scriptural Wake Service at 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation on Tuesday prior to Mass.
