The event is being held at the Plymouth County Historical Museum, and Davis expects the show to attract as many as 300 people.  Davis has collected model rail sets for more than 40 years having followed his father in terms of having an interest in a model railroad set.  He says it is up to a person’s imagination to determine the limits as to how large a model railroad set should encompass.

Fire Victim Now Investigated As Homicide

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) – Cedar Rapids police are now investigating the death of a woman who was found in her burning condominium as a homicide.
Cedar Rapids city officials say Friday that a preliminary investigation into the death of 62-year-old Robyn Furmanski revealed the woman may have sustained a traumatic injury before the fire. The new information from the State Medical Examiner’s Office has prompted police to begin a homicide investigation.
Fire crews responded to the March 31 fire at a six-unit, three-story building behind Garfield Elementary School. The Cedar Rapids Fire Department said firefighters found Furmanski inside a unit that was ablaze. She was pronounced dead at a hospital later that day.
The occupants of the other five units were safely evacuated. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
