Robert J. Ahlers, 88, of Le Mars, Iowa passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016 at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 15, 2016 at All Saints Catholic Parish – St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. Reverend Kevin Richter will celebrate Mass. Burial with military honors conducted by the American Legion Wasmer Post 241 in Le Mars will be in Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 14, 2016, with a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 5:30 p.m., and a Scriptural Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., all at the church. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Friday at the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to the St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund.
