Steve Matgen of Remsen is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for April 15, 2016. Steve is owner of Matgen Insurance in Remsen and on Saturday will celebrate his 65th birthday. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House and pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars.
