Jeanette Nissen, 76, of Pierson entered peacefully into God’s kingdom surrounded by her family on Thursday, April 21, 2016 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Salem Lutheran Church in rural Correctionville, Iowa with the Rev. Wayne Pfannkuch officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Pierson, Iowa. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday, with a prayer service at 7 p.m. at Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley, Iowa.
