Tracy Wingert of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for April 28, 2016. Tracy is the 6th thru 12th grade Technology Instructional Coach at Le Mars Community School. Tracy has been named 2016 teacher of the year and winner of the Decades of Excellence Crystal Bell. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House and pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars.
