Judy DeBoer is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 26, 2018. Judy is a member of Friends of the Library organization since the beginning in 1983. Judy is currently the Friends of the Library historian. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
