Duane Leekley, 66 of Westfield, Iowa, passed away from ALS complications on Thursday, March 23, 2023 at Unity Point – St. Luke’s Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa.
Memorial Service will be at 7:00 p.m., Monday, March 27, 2023 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron, Iowa. Visitation with the family will begin at 5:00 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home and will continue until the service time. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred for ALS Research.
