A demolition crew is taking away condemned homes in the Erdmanville neighborhood, a two block area on the north end of Le Mars
The property will be redeveloped into mixed use housing and apartments; and parks and open space. It’s one of the first projects in Le Mars’ Vision 2045 development plan.
