Stephanie Puhrmann, a Le Mars Community Middle School Level 2 Special Education Teacher, is the April employee of the month for Le Mars Community Schools. Puhrmann has spent 3 years with the district teaching special education.
Abby Johnson, one of Puhrmann’s colleagues who nominated her for the award, says “Ms. Puhrmann consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive environment within her classroom. Through their teaching methods and lessons, Ms. Puhrmann ensures that each student feels valued and capable of success. Their dedication extends beyond academics as they actively keep in touch with parents and families, and collaborate with other teachers and support staff daily. She has made a huge impact on her students and is wonderful to have at the Middle School.”
