Arthur Poeckes, 93, of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars following a brief illness.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, at All Saints Catholic Parish – St. Joseph Church in Le Mars. Father Doug Klein will celebrate Mass. Burial with military honors provided by the Wasmer American Legion Post 241 of Le Mars and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3328 of Remsen will be at Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Monday, September 30, 2024, at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a Knights of Columbus Rosary at 5:00 p.m. and a Scriptural Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. on Tuesday at the church.
