Rodney ‘Rod’ Schulz, 76, of Le Mars, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at MercyOne Medical Center in Sioux City, Iowa. Celebration of Life Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, at Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. Pastor Mike Metten from Rejoice! Community Church in Le Mars will officiate. Burial will be at a later date at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, rural Ireton, Iowa. Military honors will be provided by the Wasmer American Legion Post 241 of Le Mars. Visitation with the family present will be from 1:00 p.m. until service time and following the service during a time of fellowship, all at the funeral home.
