Mike Arens, age 82, of Remsen Iowa, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday May 31, 2026 at his home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 AM Thursday June 4, 2026 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Remsen, IA with Rev. Timothy Pick officiating and Deacon Doug Heeren assisting. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Remsen. Visitation with family present will be 4-7 PM. Wednesday, there will be a Knights of Columbus rosary and vigil prayer service at 5 PM at the church. Visitation will resume from 9:30-10:15 AM on Thursday at the church. Services have been entrusted to the Fisch Funeral Home & Monument in Remsen. Service will be live-streamed at www.fischfh.com
