Plymouth County Fair royalty crowned

Last night, the Plymouth County fair crowned their royalty for 2026 during the fair’s opening ceremony on the Pioneer Village stage. Carter Moffatt of Ireton, son of Brett and Becky Moffatt, was crowned King, and Isabelle Plueger of Le Mars, daughter of Kelly and Julie Plueger, was crowned Queen. Speaking to KLEM, Moffatt says he’s grateful and honored to be named Fair King.

 

Plueger told KLEM that she’s grateful to her community for being recognized as Fair Queen.

 

The Fair Royalty for 2026 also features Miss Congeniality Gracie Shroeder, Mr. Personality Tristan Sitzmann, Princess Kaylie Meinen, and Princes Cooper Loutsch and Daniel Beierschmitt. Congratulations to the 2026 Plymouth County Fair Royalty! During the opening ceremony last night, Candace Nash officially received the Heart of County Fair Award, and the Plymouth County 4-H and Agricultural Society received a $5,000 grant from Channel Seed.
