Dr. Mark Stelzer of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for April 25, 2018. Dr. Stelzer is retiring after serving Floyd Valley Healthcare for 36 years at the end of April. Public is invited to a retirement open house on Friday from 2-5pm at Floyd Valley Conference Center. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and pet wash.
