Thomas Kollbaum of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for May 3, 2018. Thomas is a wonderful father and volunteers in the community a lot. He may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from 12th Street Touchless or Highway 75 Touchless Auto Wash and Pet Wash.
