Gerald M. Roder, age 86 of Granville, IA passed away on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020 at Orange City Area Health Systems in Orange City, IA with Clarice, his wife of 65 years at his bedside.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1, 2020 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Granville, IA, with Father Daniel Greving officiating, Deacon Rick Roder and Deacon Dan Goebel assisting. Burial will follow in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Granville. Graveside military rites will be conducted by the Granville Veterans. Visitation with family present will be Monday from 4-6:30 p.m. at the church, with a vigil prayer
service at 5 p.m. masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be followed. Visitation will resume 1 hour prior to the funeral on Tuesday at the church.
