Eunice Xaveris Schmid, 91, of Kingsley, Iowa, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 23, 2010, at the Kingsley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, May 28, 2010, at the First Lutheran Church in Kingsley. Interment will be in the Kingsley City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 27, 2010, at the Johnson-Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley, with the family present from 5 to 8:00 and a prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. The visitation will continue on Friday at the First Lutheran Church, one hour prior to the service.
