Margery Binder of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, December 16, 2010. Margery will be celebrating her 94th birthday on Saturday, December 18.
Margery may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
