Dr. Carl Turner of Le Mars is the KLEM “Citizen of the Day” for Thursday, May 26, 2011. Dr. Turner is the Le Mars Community School Assistant Superintendent. A farewell open house is today from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Education Service Center wishing him well in his new position as Superintendent of the Storm Lake School District. Dr. Turner may pick up a boutonniere from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and a car wash from Easy Clean Car Wash in Le Mars.
