Missing Woman

(ROCK VALLEY) The Worthington woman who has been missing since June 27 has now been named as an endangered missing person by the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension.

Lucia Chilel Perez, who may also use the name Mary Rodriguez Figueroa, was last seen in the company of Bernardino Ramirez-Perez, when they traveled to northwest Iowa in a maroon Buick Century.  According to a press release issued by the Sioux County Sheriff’s office information suggests that they were last seen in Rock Valley looking for jobs. 

Perez is described as a Hispanic female, approximately 5’2″, 140 pounds with long black hair.  At the time she was last seen, she was wearing an ankle length denim skirt, a short-sleeved black blouse with white decorations and was carrying a black pack.

The man she was last seen with, Bernardino Ramirez-Perez who is described as a short, dark skinned Hispanic male, with a full beard and long hair; he is approximately 35 to 40 years old.  According to Worthington authorities Ramirez-Perez has two warrants out for his arrest — one from a 2005 case in which he was charged with kidnapping, beating and rap-ing his domestic partner. A second war-rant was issued in 2006 on unrelated domestic assault charges.
