Annabelle Banks is our KLEM Citizen of the Day for July 26, 2012. Annabelle was crowned 2012 Plymouth County Fair Queen last night. Anna is the daughter of Chad and Robin Banks. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
