Theresa M. McQueen, 83, of Pierson, Iowa passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 16, 2013, at the Correctionville Nursing & Rehab Center. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Salem Lutheran Church, rural Correctionville, Iowa, with Rev. Lorene K. Glant officiating. Burial will be at the Greenwood Cemetery in Pierson, Iowa. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at the Johnson – Earnest Funeral Home in Kingsley, with the family present from 6-8 p.m. A prayer service will be held a t 7:00 p.m. There will also be one hour of visitation at the church prior to the service on Wednesday.
