Jayne Willer is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for March 25, 2013. Jayne is a kindergarten teacher at Kluckhohn Elementary and was named the Le Mars Community School District 2013 Teacher of the Year and winner of the Decades of Excellence Crystal Bell award. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean Car wash.
