Julie Bergquist of Merrill is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for December 5, 2013. Julie has been the manager at the Senior Meals Site in Merrill for 15 years and is retiring. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
