Jolene Kinney of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for January 3, 2014. Jolene retired from Mercy Medical Center on December 20th after 38 years. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
