Paul S. Kelly, 66, of Oyens, Iowa passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, March 13, 2014 at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars following a lengthy illness. A Celebration of Life Service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, March 17, 2014 at the Mauer – Johnson Funeral Home in Le Mars. Rev. Tony De La Rosa of Rejoice Community Church will officiate.
