Cathy Rupp of Remsen is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for October 13, 2014. Cathy is a 4th grade teacher at St Catherine’s/St Mary’s Remsen and has been with St Mary’s for 39 years. Cathy is a recipient of the Excellence in Education Award from the Diocese. She may pick up a tailored carnation from the Le Mars Flower House, pizza from Pizza Hut in Le Mars and car wash from Easy Clean car wash.
