Phyllis J. Clark, 85, of Kingsley, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2014 at Mercy Medical Center in Sioux city, Iowa. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, December 15, 2015 at Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley, Iowa. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be one hour prior to the memorial service at the funeral home. Rohde Funeral Home is handling all arrangements.
