Karen Knapp, 92, of Le Mars, Iowa formerly of Council Bluffs, Iowa passed away Friday, April 22, 2016 at her home in Le Mars.Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at St. John’s Lutheran Church, E.L.C.A. in Le Mars. Reverend Dr. Jean Ziettlow and Reverend Chris Meier will officiate. Graveside services will be at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 26, 2016 at Walnut Hill Cemetery in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Visitation with the family present will be after 5:00 p.m. Monday, April 25, 2016, with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m., all at Carlsen Funeral Home in Le Mars. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church. Expressions of sympathy can be extended to the family through www.carlsenfuneralhome.com.
