Phyllis L. Johnson, 99, of Merrill, Iowa passed away Thursday, April 28, 2016 at the Plymouth Manor Care Center in Le Mars.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, May 2, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church, LCMS with Pastor Tim Geitz officiating. Immediately following the funeral everyone is invited to join the family for a luncheon at the church prior to the interment service at Hillside Cemetery in Merrill, Iowa. Visitation with the family present will be after 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at Grace Lutheran Church in Le Mars followed by a 7:00 p.m. Prayer Service all at the church. Visitation will continue Monday morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. until service time.
