Paul Eugene Poeckes 73 of Remsen, IA passed away, Friday, Sept. 30th, 2016
peacefully at Floyd Valley Hospital in LeMars IA surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be 10:30 am Wednesday, Oct. 5, 2016 at St. Mary’s Catholic
Church in Remsen with Rev. William McCarthy officiating and Deacon Rick Roder
assisting. Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery in Remsen. Graveside
military honors will be conducted by VFW Post 3328 and American Legion Post 220 of
Remsen. Visitation with family present will be 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016,
there will be a parish rosary at 5p.m., and a vigil prayer service at 7 p.m. all
