Monte Brent of Le Mars is the KLEM Citizen of the Day for March 22, 2017. Monte is employed with Central Bike, is a Le Mars EMT, was instrumental in starting Central Junior Cycling and recently awarded the Le Mars Police Association First Citizen of the Year.
