Le Mars Little League board votes not to have 2020 season

On Wednesday, May 6, the Le Mars Little League board of directors voted to not have a 2020 season due to the COVID-19 situation. The board engaged in a thoughtful discussion during which many different scenarios were discussed.

Ultimately the board decided not having a 2020 season was in the best interest of the safety and health not just of the children who participate in our program, but for the community as a whole. It was not a decision the board made lightly, but it is what the board believes is best for the kids and the community we serve.
