Dr. Paul Schroeder is the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce 2024 2nd Quarter Boss of the Quarter.
Dr. Schroeder has been with Le Mars Optometric Clinic for over 41-years. After graduation from optometry school, he immediately moved to Le Mars to start a clinic.
His practice continued to grow over the years. He has fondly told stories of families that he started seeing as patients at the beginning of his career and now those patients are grandparents, and he sees the grandchildren and, in a few cases, great grandchildren. Paul genuinely cares for his patients and that is evident in the way he treats them with patience and understanding.
As he is preparing for retirement it has become increasingly evident of the impact he has had on staff and patients all throughout the years.
