Jill L. Bakken, 71, of Sioux City, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, August 22, at her residence in Sioux City, IA. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 28, 2020 at Rohde Funeral Home in Kingsley, IA with Rev. Ken Kraft officiating.
