John “Jack” Fara, 80, of Akron, Iowa, passed away Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at Accura HealthCare of Le Mars.
Graveside service with military honors will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 18, 2021 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery in Akron. Reverend Trish Underberg of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church – Preston Township, rural Akron, Iowa will officiate. Visitation with the family present will be from noon to 1:00 p.m. on Monday, January 18, 2021 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Akron.
