Father Phil Dreckman S.J., 92 years old of Wauwatosa, Wisconsin, and formerly of Le Mars, passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021. He was born in Le Mars on April 20, 1928, the second of seven children of Leo and Anna Dreckman.
Fr. Phil Dreckman studied for the priesthood at Kenrich Seminary in St. Louis, Missouri. He was ordained to the priesthood of the Society of Jesus on June 12, 1962 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Memorial Mass in Le Mars will be held at the All-Saints Catholic Parish-St. Joseph Church on April 24th at 11:00 a.m. Mass and burial will be held on April 26, 2021 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
