Habitue Coffeehouse & Side by Side Ministries would like to honor Sherri Schmitt as the Le Mars Area Chamber of Commerce 2022 2nd Quarter Boss of the Quarter.
Sherri has been an interictal part of our team at Habitue Coffeehouse and Side by Side Ministries for the past 12+ years. She exemplifies leadership through relationship, and is an encourager, equipper, and affirms those she works side by side with every day.
Sherri has a perspective on situations that brings clarity, simplicity, and freedom to grow for those that she leads in both locations.
She has been dedicated for over a decade to be the hands and feet of Jesus, whether it is through serving a cup of coffee, training the next generation, or listening and praying with someone who needs direction. She brings joy wherever she goes and is a blessing to all that she works with.
Personally, she has blessed me beyond measure. We would be honored to have Sherri Schmitt as the Boss of the Quarter.
