One of the most entertaining attractions roaming the Plymouth County Fairgrounds, is the “One Man Band.”
Jeff Beale, who is from Oskaloosa, Iowa uses his entire body to strap on and play for the crowds.
Beale, who has been playing since he was just 12 years old, has performed as the “One Man Band” for close to a dozen years.
