Alvina Elgersma, age 94 of Hartley, IA, passed away at Community Memorial Health Center in Hartley, IA on Monday, March 13, 2017. A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 17th at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Hartley. Visitation will be held at the Hartley Funeral Home on Thursday, March 16th from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. A Rosary Prayer Service will begin at 5:00 p.m., with the family present at that time. Following the Rosary, a Family Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Pleasant View Cemetery near Hartley.
