Elmer Renken, 85, of Le Mars, Iowa, formerly of rural Ireton, Iowa, passed away Friday, November 30, 2018 at his home in Le Mars surrounded by his family.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at Christ Lutheran Church – Grant Township, rural Le Mars, Iowa. Reverend Shawn Brooks will officiate. Burial with military honors provided by the Heeren- McHale-Wilkens American Legion Post 724 of Brunsville, Iowa will be in the church cemetery. Visitation with the family present will be after 4:00 p.m.
on Monday, December 3, 2018 at Rexwinkel Funeral Home in Le Mars. There will be a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 9:30 a.m. until service time on Tuesday at the church.
