Mike Donlin’s Retirement Reception
During the retirement ceremony, people had the opportunity to meet and visit with the new hospital administrator, Dustin Wright. Wright will assume the duties of Floyd Valley Healthcare C-E-O and Administrator on December 10th. Wright also paid tribute to his predecessor.
KLEM’s Sports Director, Denny Callahan served as the emcee for the Mike Donlin retirement ceremonies.
Le Mars Mayor Dick Kirchoff offered some comments about how Mike Donlin was at one time his neighbor. He also talked about the cooperation he and Mike Donlin shared when recruiting physicians to Le Mars. Finally, Mayor Kirchoff proclaimed November 30th, of 2018 as officially “Mike Donlin Day.”
