Tom Rassel, 70, of Cleghorn, Iowa passed away on Thursday, December 22, 2011 at his home in Cleghorn. Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at the Holy Name Catholic Church in Marcus, Iowa. Rev. Msgr. Kenneth A. Seifried will celebrate Mass. Burial will follow at Holy Name Catholic Cemetery in Marcus. Visitation will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, December 26, 2011 at Holy Name Catholic Church in Marcus. The family will be present from 5-8 p.m. with a Scriptural Prayer Service scheduled at 7:00 p.m. There will also be a one hour of visitation at the church prior to the Mass on Tuesday.
